1. The hotel had no WiFi. 2. Far from everything. 3. Before checking in, I tried the restaurant it took over 15 minutes for my water to arrive. 3. When checking in, on two separate occasions my room key would not work so I went up and down for replacements, one of the times I sat there waiting for over 20 minutes with no response. Finally checked in, still no WiFi, TV doesn’t work. 4. I was offered a complementary breakfast as a resolution. Wouldn’t stay again.

Schöne Zimmer, Sauber, sehr gute Lage - Aber was gar nicht geht, ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen, bei dem man weiß das die Heizung nicht geht. Haben die Rezeption kurz nach dem Ankommen darauf angesprochen, es hieß es schaut sich ein Techniker an, am Abend ging die Heizung immer noch nicht, der Nachportier sagte man könne jetzt nichts mehr machen und am nächsten Tag sagte uns die Dame an der Rezeption das man dieses Gas erst erneuern müsste, und das sei bekannt ... Warum gibt man dann dieses Zimmer raus? Kulanz oder Nachlässe gleich null - Schade, aber diese Kette ist für uns gestorben! Also im Sommer kann man es empfehlen .... :-)

酒店服務意識差，對待客戶很不友好: 和物業有矛盾，直接轉嫁到客戶身上，客戶停車不到一小時，要交10歐元停車費。提供的解決方案無法實施，説好和經理商量解決問題，結果是讓客戶承擔一切。酒店不提供熱水器，房間質量一般。在德國從來沒有碰到這種情況，非常失望。

Excellent, friendly front desk personell. Clean "for the most part". With that said: now the "MAIN" part of the hotel is starting to look like a city in the Ukraine with displaced Ukrainians everywhere so much so that some service staff are Ukrainian = does not speak German or English - baby carriages left in the hallway(s) in front of the door. It's the luck of the draw if there's a couch and chair in the room. Hot water pressure in the shower was very low. On the plus side MINI bar still has a vasriety of FREE drinks:-)

Ich kann hier nur die Lage bewerten, da beim Check in unsere Buchung storniert wurde. Der Fehler lag beim Dormero selbst, aber zugeben wollten die das nicht. Wir wurden sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen und auf 訂房網站 verwiesen. Leider war telefonisch am Samstag keiner zu erreichen. Wir mussten uns dann ein anderes Hotelzimmer in der Nähe buchen, was aber das doppelte gekostet hat. Im Nachhinein stellte sich heraus, das Dormero eigenständig storniert hatte! Eine Unverschämtheit seiners gleichen! Dieses Hotel kann ich null weiterempfehlen, sehr unfreundlich an der Rezeption! Möchte hier auch noch erwähnen, daß 訂房網站 uns die Tage noch kontaktiert hat und wir den Betrag anstandslos erstattet bekommen haben! Toller, freundlicher Kundenservice! Wir werden trotzdem wieder über 訂房網站 buchen!

Reception person was nice enough. Spoke to the "Chef" a day or so prior to check-in - requested and was given a front facing, lower floor room. Upon check-in given a 3rd room floor with NO couch (where the couch should be) and no chair. Back to reception; given a 5th floor room with SAME result; back to reception. Given a 6th floor room which at least had a chair where the couch should have been - I'll stay here buuuuut mini fridge inop as was the Thermostat. Bathroom water pressure was dismal with no condiments; good I always bring my own. BTW exiting the elevator on the 6th floor: lights were out in the hallway and as I always check the stairway, also dark, told reception who called maintenance who solved the problem.
